I think you guys should definitely continue to build, get the new place, get back to having your own place, before the end of the year, it'd be amazing to watch the progression, again, after the misfortune you guys have recently been through

I think if you can find a property with functional buildings and enough space for around 400K or so, you should do it. Definitely own. I see several within 100km of Dublin listed, but of course the tricky part is the details. One place might need a ton of work. Another might cost a bit more and need nothing.
